The export process can only begin once all the required paperwork accompanies the collected trophies. Missing or incomplete documents delay permit applications — and that delay sits outside our control.
Once we receive all the necessary supporting documents from the outfitter, and you confirm all listed species and trophy components, our team promptly proceeds with the export permit applications. These permits are submitted to the relevant authorities in your destination country to ensure a smooth and compliant export.
Recent regulatory changes make it mandatory to submit the original hunting permit with your original signature. If any permit or document is not signed correctly, it must be couriered back to you for signature and returned before we can proceed — a significant and avoidable delay to your export readiness.
By ensuring all documentation is complete and correctly signed from the start, we can keep the export process seamless.
