Each presentation uses a different part of the animal — which is why it’s worth deciding before the skin is prepared. Below is what each one means, with examples from the studio and a gallery for each.

Uses the shoulder cape, skull and horns. Your trophy can face different directions, and several pose options are available — alert, sneak, upright or turned.
Both use the shoulder cape, skull and horns. A wall pedestal hangs off-centre with one shoulder more exposed than the other, for more movement and depth than a shoulder mount. A table pedestal sets the same mount on a finished base that stands on a table or shelf, with habitat built in if you like.
Uses the shoulder cape, skull and horns in the same way as a shoulder mount or wall pedestal, then mounts your animal onto a free-standing pedestal. Multiple animals can share one pedestal as a group piece.
Uses the full skin of your animal, normally mounted on a floor base with habitat. The pose is built to your instruction — walking, alert, feeding or in mid-stride.
Uses the front cape, front legs and hooves. It can hang on a wall or stand on the ground against a wall using a custom-built base — the drama of a full mount in half the floor space.
A bleached skull mounted onto a wooden shield. A bracket or pin can be added for different display options, and skull bleaching is available on its own if you’d rather mount at home.
Several rug and flat skin options, from simple felted-edge flat skins to full rug mounts with an open-mouth head. Tanning and leathering is sub-contracted to a professional tannery.
Nothing from your animal needs to go to waste. Feet, hooves and tails become pieces you use every day, finished in the studio to match the rest of your collection.
Uses the full body cape. An expansion of the wall pedestal that creates a three-dimensional effect, with the skin shaped and set into a hand-cut shield — most often the map of Africa.
